The individual appeared to be using the garbage enclosure as shelter, likely due to the cold weather conditions at the time of patrol.

Security personnel clearly explained the plaza’s site rules and regulations, emphasising that loitering and sleeping in the garbage area were not allowed. The explanation was delivered professionally to ensure the individual fully understood the expectations and the reason for the enforcement.
